Isagenix - The Product Line
Isagenix offers a number of health related products. Its premier product is
known as the Cleanse For Life program. The formula is designed to increase
energy, reduce weight and balance digestion.
The company offers a wide variety of food related products such as shakes,
soups, bars and snacks. All of these foods are designed to reduce cravings so
that the customer can enjoy weight loss.
The company also has a skin care line as well. The lineup is designed to improve
skin care by making it smoother, reducing the signs of aging and other benefits.
Isagenix Compensation Plan
There are five ways you can make money in the Isagenix compensation plan.
The first way is through retail sales. When you sign up as a distributor you
get access to the product line at wholesale prices. You can turn around and
sell the product retail. The difference that you earn is considered profit.
The wholesale price is 30 to 40% lower than the retail price.
The second way you get paid is in the form of Product Introduction Bonuses.
When you recruit a new associate into Isagenix and that associate purchases a
product introduction package, you receive a bonus of anywhere from $10 to $80
one time depending on which package they order.
As an example, if your distributor ordered one Cleansing President's Pack, which
is their most comprehensive package, you would receive a $80 bonus.
The third way you get paid is off the sales made from the Isagenix distributors
on your team. Isagenix has a binary compensation plan. This occurs when you
personally
recruit at least two representatives who will make up
the left and right side of your binary compensation plan.
Isagenix pays on cycles. To accumulate a cycle you need to accumulate 900
points total. You can count 600 points from your strongest leg and 300 points
on your weakest leg. Points accumulate until these numbers are reached.
One these numbers are reached, 600 points gets deducted from the total points in
your strongest leg and 300 points from your weakest legs. You get to keep the
remaining points left over if any and you earn $54.
As an example, if your first leg signs up 2 new distributors who each orders the
President's Pak (worth 300 points each) and your second leg signs up 1 new
distributor who also orders the pack, that will earn you $54.
You also earn an Executive bonus as long as you can maintain at least 5
distributors on both sides of the binary that order 100 points worth of product
a month. These are distributors that you personally enroll. Whatever they
make, you make 10% of that amount.
Isagenix Business Disadvantages
There are a number of disadvantages to the Isagenix program that you need to be
aware of.
The health and nutritional market is a highly competitive marketplace. You may
have a customer on the Isagenix products only to find out that they have
canceled their order because they found something comparable or cheaper.
With a binary compensation plan you can lose out on a lot of money if you
recruit a superstar distributor. Even though that distributor is bringing in a
lot of volume, your weaker leg may not be keeping up. As such you lose out on
the cycle counts.
One thing that Isagenix does do that is better than most binaries is they allow
you to continue to accumulate the points until you lose them. Therefore once
the second leg starts to catch up, you will get paid on that volume eventually.

Kyani vs Tahitian Noni — Which Network Marketing Opportunity Is Better?

Since Kyani opened its doors in 2005 there are lots of comparisons made between the Kyani network marketing opportunity and many of the other juice opportunities. In particular, many of these comparisons have been directed at the Tahitian Noni opportunity.
The wholesale prices of the two juices are both about $30 a bottle if you purchase a $120 monthly autoship. They both retail for about $40 a bottle. However, Tahitian Noni has a number of knock offs that sell similar products for significantly less. There are several retailers where you can purchase similar Noni products for $10 a bottle.
Does Kyani or Tahitian Noni Cost More To Get Started?
To get started in Kyani there is a one time investment of $495 for a product start-up kit. You also have to order $120 worth of products a month.
Tahitian Noni is a one time investment of $35 as long as you stay on the $120 monthly autoship. If you cancel the autoship, the $35 charge becomes an annual fee. This makes the startup cost for Tahitian Noni significantly less than Kyani.
Both companies can be marketed by using internet network marketing strategies. The key is to focus on network marketing distributors who are unhappy by first providing quality content to help them build their business. As you build a relationship with them you will eventually be able to recruit some of them over to Kyani or Tahitian Noni.
Kyani 3x7 Matrix Compensation Plan vs Tahitian Noni 8 Level Uni-Level Compensation Plan
Kyani and Tahitian Noni have two completely different types of compensation plans. Both companies allow you to earn retail profits based on selling your products wholesale to a retail customer. Kyani's retail profits are significantly higher assuming you can move it at that price.
Kyani's team building compensation plan is based on a 3X7 forced matrix plan. What this means is that you can build 3 separate legs of distributors up to 7 levels deep. It will take a little over 2000 representatives to fill up the entire matrix.
You earn 3.5% off the wholesale orders of ALL distributors regardless of where they are in the Matrix. So each time a new distributor joins your team and gets in the $120 autoship you earn $4.20 a month. You also earn $50 for each distributor you personally sponsor at the $495 rate.
Kyani also pays you a $25 commission each time any of your personally sponsored representatives gets a new recruit at the $495 rate. Once you sponsor and maintain at least 3 active distributors you earn 50% of whatever they make and 100% of whatever they make once they each have 3 active distributors.
Tahitian Noni uses a Unilevel compensation plan that is 8 levels deep. This means you can sponsor as many legs as you want wide and you get paid on a maximum of 7 levels deep. You earn 20% on level 1, 5% on levels 2 — 4 and 10% on level 5 for each recruit's first 60 days.
After the first 60 days, you get paid on the volume of anywhere from 3 to 8 levels depending on what position you are in the compensation plan. You get 1% on level 1, 5% on levels 2-3, 6% on levels 4-5, 7% on levels 6-7 and 8% on level 8. If you are on the $120 autoship you will start off getting paid on at least 4 levels.
Which Network Marketing Company Is Better For You?
Kyani's compensation plan is more lucrative than Tahitian Noni's for most distributors. A Kyani distributor who recruits 10 reps earns $500 up-front plus $42 a month. A Tahitian Noni distributor who recruits 10 reps earns only $240 month 1, $240 month 2 and $12 each additional month assuming all 10 reps are placed on the 1st level.
If you're looking for the opportunity that is the safest and most secure, Tahitian Noni is the better opportunity. Kyani's been around for only 3 years so we don't know if they are going to make it. Tahitian Noni has been around for over 13 years so they have passed the critical 10 year mark.
However, if you're willing to take a greater risk to make greater income, Kyani's clearly the better opportunity. The money is greater and there is less competition from retailer knock offs.

plan that pays out 50% commission on each product sold by the distributor sales
force. There are four ways you get paid in the Xango compensation plan.
The first method of compensation is retail
sales. As a Xango distributor you are able to purchase the product at a
wholesale price and sell it at a retail price. You get to keep the difference
as profit.
The wholesale price is $100 for 4 bottles. The
bottle retails for $37.50, so if you are able to sell all 4 bottles at retail
price you make $50 profit.
The second way you get paid is in the form of
PowerStart bonuses. When you recruit a new Xango distributor, you get paid
anywhere from 20% to 30% commission on the initial order made by that new
distributor.
As an example, if your distributor ordered two
cases, you would receive $60 or $90 commission. To qualify for the higher bonus
amount you will need to be on a company auto-ship that works out to about $200 a
month.
The third way you get paid is from the product
orders of distributors on your team that are above and beyond the initial
product order. You receive 2%, 5% or 10% commission on up to 9 levels of
distributors in your organization.
However, if one of your distributors doesn't
qualify to earn income on a certain level and you do, the income that
distributor "would have" earned goes directly to you.
This is called streamline or dynamic
compensation and you could potentially get paid twice for the same production or
once on production you otherwise wouldn't get paid on.
For the top leaders in the company, Xango
splits 3% of overall sales volume commissions with them as well.

Disadvantages
There are several disadvantages to starting a
Xango business typically found when starting any type of network marketing
business in the health and wellness industry.
One of the biggest challenges is the high level
of competitiveness in this market. You are competing with any company that

SendOutCards — Company History
SendOutCards is a network marketing
company founded in 2003 by Kody Bateman. The seed for the idea of this company was planted
when Bateman failed to act upon an urge to contact his brother in 1989. Shortly after, his brother was
killed and the chance to act on that inner prompting Bateman had experienced was lost. He became obsessed
with finding a way to make it easy for people to immediately respond when they felt one of those "prompts" to connect with someone else.
The idea germinated into a system to serve as an online reminder service to subscribers for upcoming birthdays, anniversaries,
holidays and other important dates. By 2001, the Treat 'em Right Solutions program was launched helping businesses
to use greeting cards as a part of relationship marketing.
In its present form, users can create a customized
card in under a minute, push the send button and they're done. The actual card is printed, stuffed into an envelope,
optional inserts added (i.e. a gift card, book, etc.), addressed, stamped and mailed by the company.
The SendOutCards Product — Customized Greeting Cards
At present, there are over
13,000 greeting cards to choose from. The card catalog is well laid out so that it is easy to search for a
particular kind of card.
Cards are printed on recycled paper, and are of the same quality as a card
you might purchase at a Hallmark store.
Cards can be customized by changing the inside message,
printing your message in your handwriting by using a special handwriting font, and uploading personal
photos to the inside of the card.
Personal photos can also be used to create the outside of the
card with a caption. The system is very user friendly and adding captions, borders, or uploading photos
is quite simple.
While many network marketing companies off their products at market prices,
the greeting cards at SendOutCards actually cost less than if purchased them off the shelf at a local store.
A personalized greeting card with custom message, uploaded photo, and personal handwriting would cost $.93
depending on the distributor's package. That's less than a comparable card would at Target.
The Compensation Plan for SendOutCards
The compensation plan looks generous enough, but compared to other plans I've seen is a bit
complicated. I went on several different sites to find different breakdowns of the comp plan and
I still find it difficult to simplify here.
l. Direct Retail Sales
A distributor can use
their system to send a card for their customer and then charge a fee for that service and the card itself.
2. There is a coaching bonus of $100-$120 dollars when a wholesale package or "entrepreneur" meaning business
opportunity package is sold. This refers to taking the customer through the system and showing them how it works.
You can also send them through a prerecorded walkthrough video.
3. The bonus on the number of greeting cards
sold goes through seven levels.
4. As you move up in the ranks, there are unlimited levels for which you can
receive bonuses based on cards sold ranging from 5% to 25% depending on your rank.
Disclaimer — as I mentioned,
this plan has lots of components. If you decide to consider this company for your business, I urge you to look over the
compensation plan yourself. This is only a bare bones overview.
Marketing Training offered by SendOutCards
The company does have an extensive training program presented in different formats which is great for various learning styles. There
are materials and business organization sheets ready for immediate use. Depending on the presenter, there may still be some push toward
old school methods of talking to people when you are out and about. Attraction marketing is, in my opinion, far more effective. Still,
there is more meat to this training than purely motivational "go get em."
The system also has a capacity for distributors to "share"
their campaigns or cards they have created with others. A new distributor with no idea what kind of information to include in the cards they
send has access to cards made by those with more experience. From there it is just a matter of personalizing.
Distributor
Replicated Websites
The replicated website has training built in. By "replicated website" I mean that every distributor has
the same features on their site as created by the company. You can store your contact information there, and use it to create your own cards,
but you cannot add or subtract from the content.
You can take someone through the system and sign them up right on your site, or you
can refer them to your "gift account" site where they can create their own card and try the system out for themselves. Again, your job is
to help prospects find you gift account page to begin with.
As with all replicated sites, they are very helpful once you get a prospect
to the page. Attracting them to your page in the first place will be up to you and your marketing plan.
Choosing Your Upline
The training provided by the SendOutCards corporate office is excellent. The training provided within a specific team will vary. Some teams have
training specifically for their members, and have a system to share selling techniques, autoresponder messages, card campaigns, and tracking materials. Other
teams leave all the training up to the Company and add little else.
No matter what company you are investigating, it is hugely important that you check
into the team you will be joining. You may really like the person sponsoring you, but unless that person is a leader strong enough to provide you with any extra
training you may need, you better be sure someone else on the team is! The wrong advice from your upline can do your business more harm than the good advice helps.
Maintaining Customer Relationships
There will be three types of customers for this particular greeting card system:
1. the personal use customer who purchases enough cards for private use at the discounted price.
2. the business owner who uses the system
as a way to maintain customer relationships.
3. the person who is looking for a business opportunity with a good compensation plan, good track
history, and doesn't want to have to handle inventory.
Owning a SendoutCards Business: Advantages and Disadvantages
Advantages:
The company has strong leadership and is still growing.
There is no inventory to store, ship or handle.
The compensation plan is strong.
Real world training is provided online so you can learn from home.
The product is "green" which is appealing to most.
Pricing of the product
is lower than offline retail prices.
The product lends itself to corporate accounts — bigger sales for the same effort.
Disadvantages:
Difficulty in explaining the compensation plan due to the multiple components involved.
The quality of the campaign sharing program will only be
as good as the team members who are creating the campaigns.
