Why Should You Generate Leads Through Your Own Lead Capture Pages

When building a network marketing or home-based business,
nothing is more important than generating leads for your business.
Many network marketers
(as well as online affiliate marketers) generate their own leads
by using a lead capture page provided by a system.
That's a great place to start. But don't stop there.
There are advantages to using certain systems and their lead capture or sales pages to generate leads and perhaps income, while building your primary business.
But there comes a time when you also want to create your own lead capture pages.
Why Create Your
Own Lead Capture Pages?
When you create your own lead capture pages you are able to target your capture
page for a specific kind of prospect, thus increasing the number of leads you can generate. If you have a web site, or you're
using Web 2.0 Social sites like blogs,
Squidoo, articles and other easy-to-create sites,
you can link to a lead capture page that specifically targets the same audience you're talking to at that site.
For example, if your blog article is talking to people about natural cures of acne or skin problems, you can have a link to a capture page that reads at the top:

You could show before and after pictures and, well, you get the idea here.
If you're content on the web is discussing 'dads working from home' you could link to a lead capture page that specifically addresses dads wanting to work from home.
This will allow you to generate significantly more leads than if you are limited to only using the
lead capture pages offered by a system.You can and should continue using system provided
lead capture pages if they serve your business model, but you should also start creating your own because
you'll be able to target your audience and generate far more leads from the same web of content (and effort) you're building.
