Using an Autoresponder: The Benefits for Your Network Marketing Business

There are many network marketing
distributors who are losing out big time because they aren't embracing the power of the internet.
There are a number of benefits to using the internet as a means of prospecting. One of the most powerful internet tools
is the use of an autoresponder. Follow-Up Fortunes
We have a saying in the network marketing industry that "the fortune is in the follow-up." However,
if you are working this business properly, you should get to the point where you cannot follow-up with all of your
prospects effectively without the help of some type of tool. If your only tool for follow-up is the telephone, you will indeed
miss out on good prospects. Perhaps the timing wasn't right when you first contacted a prospect, but now they are ready to get
started. You won't know that unless you have a way to contact them again. Once you have a prospecting funnel of hundreds,
or even thousands of prospects, there's simply not enough time in the day to call everyone once, let alone multiple times.
Autoresponder Emails This is one of the major benefits of an autoresponder program.
If you have the email addresses of all of your prospects you can load them right into an autoresponder program.
You can prepare a series of emails that go out to each prospect over a certain time interval. This way the prospects you don't
have time to call will at least get emails from you. Some autoresponder systems even allow you to manage
your prospects based on email response. You can track which prospects open your emails and which ones
click on the links within your emails. This way as you prioritize your follow-ups. First priority goes
to the people who click on links inside your emails. Second priority goes to the people who open your emails and
last priority to the people who don't open your emails. Broadcast Emails
Another benefit to autoresponders is the ability to send out a broadcast email to the entire database
of prospects. How is this beneficial? Let's say your company just released a new prospecting call.
You can send a quick email to all of your prospects letting them know about the new prospecting call.
Some auto responder systems even allow you to send emails to certain parts of your database only. You can
send emails only to people with a certain area code or that live in a certain state. This allows you to
do region specific marketing. For instance, if one of the major leaders in your company is going to a specific area,
you can send out an email to all your prospects who live in that area. Monetization Making Money
Even When the Prospect Doesn't Join Not every prospect of yours is going to get started with you in
the network marketing business. If you don't use an autoresponder system, there's no way for you to monetize
these prospects. However if you have an autoresponder system, there are a number of ways you can monetize prospects even
though they decide not to get started with your business opportunity. One of the best ways to monetize is to use
affiliate programs and promote them to your prospects. There are a number of affiliate programs that your prospects may
respond to as opposed to your network marketing business opportunity. For example, a number of prospects that
respond to business opportunities are not interested in network marketing. You can promote non-network marketing business
opportunities to your list. Some prospects aren't looking for a business at all. They are actually looking for a job.
Therefore you can promote affiliate programs of companies that offer job placement services. Other prospects have already
started a business. Therefore you can offer affiliate programs that help business owners grow an existing business.
If they are already involved in network marketing, there are a number of good training and resources that you can promote to your prospects.
Your autoresponder easily and efficiently allows you to keep track of the varying interests and needs of your prospects and customize your
promotions to specifically meet those needs. If you are currently not using an autoresponder to grow your business, you should. You are
missing out on a tremendous opportunity to recruit more distributors and even make money on prospects that decide not to join you in your network
marketing business opportunity.
